Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and up-to-date front-end frameworks.
- Manage and mentor front-end developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Implement reusable components and maintain code quality through reviews.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.

Roles & Responsibilities
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Experience in client-facing roles and team leadership.




- Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
