Responsibilities:
1. The position is in the Operations Team for handling the day-to-day BAU activities of BNPL
Product.
2. Processing & adherence to all SLAs at various stages of the operations to ensure seamless BAU.
3. Ensure that there is an understanding of the Bank Reconciliation process and ensure for a
smooth Reconciliation and settlement process as per Timelines.
4. Collaborate extensively with internal & external stakeholders for smooth processing of daily
BAU/Managing Stakeholders-Merchants and Vendors.
5. To work on process improvement and strategic initiatives that affect daily BAU operations.
Provide support in designing the operational process
6. Deliver process efficiency and improve the overall customer experience while ensuring
strong controls and governance of both outsourced and inhouse activities.
7. Managing and publishing required MIS related to the Process.
Requirements :
1. Person must have understanding of Financial operations.
2. This position requires attention to detail, a sense of ownership.
3. Solid planning, organizational and analytical skills
