About The Job:
- Experience: 2–3 Years (ONTAP Administration, Troubleshooting & Debugging)
- We are seeking a skilled Storage Administrator with hands-on experience in ONTAP administration, troubleshooting, performance management, upgrades, and enterprise storage technologies.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in storage operations, backup integration, disaster recovery, infrastructure technologies, and customer-facin g support within a managed services workplace.

Shift Requirement: 24x7x365 Support Environment
- 2 weekly off days which may fall during weekdays or a combination of weekday and weekend.

Essential Job Functions:
- Deploy, administer,



and support enterprise storage environments based on ONTAP / CDOT platforms.
- Troubleshoot storage performance issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Perform firmware upgrades, operating system upgrades, and storage maintenance activities.
- Manage and utilize storage management tools including OnCommand Unified Manager, OnCommand Performance Manager, and Insight.
- Support backup integration using enterprise storage technologies.
- Administer and support storage provisioning, capacity management, and performance optimization.
- Monitor storage infrastructure health, availability, utilization, and performance.
- Implement and manage Snapshots, SnapMirror, Cloning, Deduplication, Controller Failover, IntelliSnap, and related storage technologies.
- Perform storage replication management and disaster recovery activities.
- Support security hardening initiatives and storage compliance requirements.
