Key Responsibilities:

Handle all foreign exchange transactions and maintain accurate forex accounting records.

Process currency purchases, sales, conversions, and remittances.

Monitor daily foreign exchange rates and ensure timely updates in the system.

Reconcile forex-related accounts and bank statements.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports on forex transactions and balances.

Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, and other regulatory bodies.

Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal departments for forex operations.

Assist in audits by providing necessary documents and reports related to forex transactions.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of all forex-related records and invoices.

Maintain records of TCS (Tax Collected at Source) and TDS, where applicable on forex transactions.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Masters preferred).

Minimum 25 years of experience in forex accounting, preferably in travel, finance, or banking.

Knowledge of RBI and FEMA guidelines related to foreign exchange.
