Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Operations Coordinator to maintain accurate records for employees and consultants, monitor attendance and leave, and oversee daily activity tracking. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing trackers and sharing regular reports with management, ensuring smooth HR operations and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Employee & Consultant Record Management:
- Maintain and update personnel files and databases for all employees and consultants, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collect, verify, and organize onboarding documents and contracts.
- Track contract renewals, expiries, and other compliance requirements.
- Attendance & Leave Management:
- Monitor daily attendance using HRMS or manual systems.
- Process leave applications, update leave balances, and ensure approvals are in place.
- Identify and report irregularities or absenteeism to management.
- Day-to-Day Activity Tracking:




- Coordinate with team leads/managers to track employees' daily activities and productivity as required.
- Maintain logs of working hours, project assignments, and task completion where applicable.
- Tracker & Report Preparation:
- Develop and regularly update trackers for attendance, leave, contract status, and other relevant HR metrics.
- Generate and share periodic reports with management, highlighting key trends and areas of concern.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in scheduling interviews, meetings, and training sessions as needed.
- Support other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, operations, or administration.
