- Manage end-to-end statutory compliance across multiple states/entities.
- Ensure timely PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other statutory payments and returns.
- Manage Shop & Establishment registrations, renewals and amendments.
- Handle PF/ESIC employee queries, UAN, transfer and withdrawal cases.
- Coordinate with compliance vendors and monitor SLA and deliverables.
- Handle statutory notices, government queries and compliance-related cases.
- Support internal and external statutory audits and ensure closure of observations.
- Validate statutory data, challans, returns and compliance reports.
- Maintain statutory compliance trackers, MIS and due-date calendars.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, HR and Legal teams on compliance matters.
- Identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
