- Load and unload fabric rolls from vehicles, racks, and storage areas.
- Shift fabric rolls from the fabric store to the cutting department as per requirement.
- Handle fabric carefully to avoid damage, stains, wrinkles, or contamination.
- Arrange fabric rolls properly according to fabric type, colour, lot, and style.
- Assist the cutting team in supplying required fabrics on time.
- Check fabric roll labels and ensure the correct material is moved to the required area.
- Follow instructions from the Fabric Store In-charge and Cutting In-charge.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the loading and storage areas.
- Use trolleys, hand pallets, or other material-handling equipment safely.
- Follow all safety procedures while lifting and moving heavy fabric rolls.
- Report damaged fabric, missing rolls, or material-related issues to the supervisor.
- Support stock counting and physical verification when required.
- Follow company rules, discipline, and safety requirements.
