About The Job:
- We are looking for a Talent Scouts, to support Talent Sourcing efforts for our India and North America Region. As a member of our incredible Sourcing crew, they would manage the first stage of our recruiting process

Essential Job Functions:
- Partner with Recruiter and hiring manager to understand agreements regarding overall expectations, timeframes, candidate pool quality and quantity and frequency of updates.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, Advanced Internet search, Job posting, Networking, etc.)
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and qualified networks (e.g. Client, Slack, Github, Stack Overflow.)




- Proficient with sourcing tools including candidate database, internet-based tools (including social media channels), events, to find & engage with talent; Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
- Able to effectively manage multiple candidates, searches, and projects.
- Conduct market research and generate timely and accurate reports and statistics around talent competition and market conditions or trends.

Qualifications:
- With minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical staffing agency, corporate recruiting, or research setting.
- Sales hiring experience is a must – GTM, BDR, Account Managers, Customer success Account managers, Product sales specialist etc.
- experience in developing social media sourcing strategies.
- Knowledge of research and recruitment best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
