Senior .NET Developer (5–8 years)
Role Summary
Hiring a Senior .NET Developer (5–8 years) to design and build secure, high-performance microservices and APIs on .NET Core, running on AWS with Docker. The role focuses on scalable backend architecture, performance tuning, and production-grade observability.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core.
Architect and implement authentication, authorization, and API security best practices (tokens, rate limiting, input validation).
Integrate and work with NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) including modeling and performance optimization.
Optimize API performance through effective data access, caching, parallel programming, and async patterns.
Implement real-time features using WebSockets or similar technologies where required.
Containerize services with Docker and deploy/integrate them on AWS (ECS/EKS/Fargate, API Gateway, ALB, etc.).
Set up and maintain application monitoring, logging,



and alerting using open-source or cloud-native tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
Evaluate, select, and adopt open-source frameworks and tools following best practices and license compliance.
Required Skills
5–8 years of experience in backend development with strong .NET Core expertise.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, domain modeling, and distributed systems concepts.
Strong experience with AWS cloud services relevant to backend APIs and microservices.
Hands-on experience with Docker and container-based deployments.
Proficiency in NoSQL data modeling and integration.
Strong skills in API performance tuning, multithreading/parallel programming, and async I/O in .NET.
Good to Have
Experience with message queues/streaming (SQS, SNS, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Exposure to service meshes, API gateways, and advanced observability stacks.
