Job Title: Site HR
Job Summary:
The Site HR is responsible for managing and executing HR and Administrative activities at the site level, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, workforce discipline, and employee welfare. The role acts as a key connect between management, employees, and contract manpower — handling all HR & Admin related matters end-to-end (A to Z) at the site, while implementing group HR policies, processes, and practices in line with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Decision Support – Prepares, analyzes,



and interprets HR data and information to support management decision-making, and contributes to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, programs, and practices.
Manpower Management – Handles overall manpower planning, deployment, and coordination at site, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and workforce availability, ensuring adequate staffing to meet operational requirements at all times.
Critical HR Issues & Discipline – Manages critical manpower concerns including disciplinary matters, grievances, conflicts, and misconduct cases; ensures fair and timely resolution in accordance with company policy and applicable labor laws, maintaining a disciplined and compliant work environment.
Employee Engagement & Development – Drives initiatives for employee engagement, motivation, training, performance evaluation, and rewards/recognition to build a committed and productive workforce.
