Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do): As an Area Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - Driving field sales initiatives and achieving sales targets. - Building and nurturing relationships with merchants, ensuring a seamless onboarding process. - Leading and managing a sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.



- Implementing effective team handling strategies to maximize productivity. - Facilitating the deployment of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) devices, ensuring their effective utilization by merchants.

Qualifications (What You'll Bring): Must-Have: - Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 16 years of experience in field sales and merchant acquisitions. - Robust experience in team handling and team building. - Proficiency in using and managing EDC devices.

Preferred: - A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
