· Develop and maintain solid relations with the channel partners

· Build and implement strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the given circle

· Work closely with the State Head to build circle level strategies on products and sales initiatives to help achieve revenue and sales targets

· Ensure proper planning and execution of the business strategies
