Designation: Senior Executive – Employee Engagement & Onboarding
Office Location: Gurugram (Onsite)

We are looking for a Senior Executive to own and drive the complete employee onboarding experience — from pre-joining through post-onboarding integration — along with Background Verification (BGV) compliance, HR documentation, HR Induction delivery, and employee engagement initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of process rigor and people experience: you will be the first point of contact for new joiners and a key driver of a welcoming, compliant, and culturally aligned onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Engagement & Culture
• Design, plan, and execute the annual employee engagement calendar — covering celebrations,
cultural events, recognition programmes, wellness activities, and CSR initiatives.
• Foster a culture of recognition, inclusion, and collaboration through creative programmes and




structured feedback mechanisms.
• Conduct employee pulse surveys, analyze insights, and partner with leadership to drive actionable
improvements across the organization.
• Lead the development and delivery of employee communication plans that reinforce company values, mission, and key initiatives.
• Serve as a culture ambassador, supporting leadership in promoting a positive, high-performance work environment.
2. Onboarding, HR Induction & Pre/Post-Joining Activities
• Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle — from offer acceptance through Day
30/60/90 check-ins, probation tracking, and confirmation — in partnership with HRBPs.
• Drive all pre-onboarding activities: coordinate offer letters, welcome kits, system access requests, IT provisioning, buddy assignments, and joining formalities before the employee's first day.
