We are seeking a energetic Sales Executive – Domestic Sales to support growth and manage customer relationships for our Masterbatch business.
The ideal candidate should have experience in sales within masterbatch, plastics, or specialty chemicals, and be comfortable handling both direct customers and distributor-driven markets.
This role requires strong market understanding, relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Competitor Understanding
- Identify customer needs and monitor market trends within assigned regions.
- Track competitor offerings and share insights to support product positioning.

2. Sales & Product Support
- Achieve sales targets through effective territory management.
- Support product and technical teams to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain product mix, volume, and pricing as per business goals.

3. Sales Planning & Execution
- Execute territory-wise sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Support key initiatives to drive market penetration and business growth.

Customer Relationship Management
- Engage with customers regularly to understand requirements and resolve concerns.
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.

5. Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and update activities in CRM (Zoho preferred).
- Provide market intelligence, forecasting inputs, and timely updates to the zonal team.

6. Channel Sales Support
- Work with distributors to ensure adequate support, coordination, and sales enablement.
- Assist in assessing distributor performance and maintaining strong channel alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- 1–3 years of sales experience in Masterbatch, Plastics, or Specialty Chemicals industry.
- Exposure to handling direct customers and/or distributors is preferred.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
