About the role:

We are looking for an Engineering Manager for our Platform & Infrastructure team who can lead & scale critical infrastructure functions across Network, Security, DevSecOps and build a highly scalable, secure and reliable foundation.

What you will do:
- Own the architecture and evolution of slice's cloud security and hybrid network infrastructure
- Lead, hire and scale the network & security team.
- Drive infrastructure-as-code and platform automation.
- Lead cloud networking, cloud interconnects, hybrid connectivity, and network security.
- Design highly available and secure network architectures across regions, environments, and critical workloads.
- Drive security by design across infrastructure and developer workflows.
- Establish guardrails that prevent insecure infrastructure from reaching production.
- Own infrastructure security controls across IAM, Identity Center, encryption, key management, secrets and workload security.
- Build and scale DevSecOps practices, integrating security controls into CI/CD and infrastructure lifecycle.




- Partner with Cybersecurity/AppSec/GRC/SOC teams to close security and compliance gaps.
- Ensure security controls are measurable, auditable, and continuously improved.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure the runtime platform can support rapid product scale
- Define and drive SLIs, SLOs, error budgets and reliability metrics.
- Lead initiatives around availability, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and incident management.
- Improve the organization's ability to detect, diagnose, and recover infrastructure failures.

What you will need:
- 2+ years of experience managing and building high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in cloud and data-center networking, connectivity and network security.
- Strong understanding of IAM, SSO, PAM, secrets management, encryption and security architecture.
- Experience with firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, and cloud security controls.
- Solid understanding of DevS
