Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead to drive platform strategy, solution design, and team delivery for enterprise ServiceNow implementations. The role requires strong technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules along with proven stakeholder and team leadership capabilities.

Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM
- Strong expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- Experience with HRSD implementations and configurations
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Platform Development
- Expertise in Custom Application Development using App Engine Studio
- Robust experience in Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
- Scripting expertise:
- Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies
- CMDB architecture and data governance knowledge

Leadership & Stakeholder Skills (Mandatory):




- Lead and mentor ServiceNow development teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders
- Drive requirement workshops and solution design discussions
- Provide technical governance and best practices
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end ServiceNow solution design and delivery
- Define platform standards, architecture, and roadmap
- Oversee development, code reviews, and deployments
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security compliance
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities

Good to Have:
- ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD), CAD
- Experience in large-scale enterprise or GCC implementations
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience

Work Location:
- Hyderabad (Work from Office / Hybrid as per client policy)
