Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Team Lead to lead and mentor a team responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable cloud infrastructure and automation solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Cloud DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python scripting to drive operational excellence, platform reliability, and continuous improvement across cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the Cloud DevOps team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Design, deploy, and support secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Drive infrastructure automation and operational efficiency through Python scripting and automation frameworks.
- Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
- Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines to enable productive and reliable application delivery.
- Guide the team in adopting DevOps best practices for cloud infrastructure management and automation.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows for provisioning, configuration management, and operational support.
- Support containerized application deployments using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes, platform stability, and service reliability.
- Ensure cloud platforms and delivery pipelines adhere to security, governance, and operational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, scalability, and system performance.
