Role Overview:

At AgroStar, an Assistant Territory Manager plays a crucial role in driving the company’s revenue, managing teams,



communicating our value proposition, and ensuring effective channel development and management within the defined territory. He/She is responsible for achieving sales targets, training teams, tracking performance, and providing valuable insights for business planning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and growth by achieving sales targets for our Agri-Inputs business across categories like Seeds, Crop Protection, Crop Nutrition, and Farm Implements in the defined territory.
- Analyze market trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in your territory
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful marketing campaigns and drive demand.
- Supervise Sales Managers and Expansion Managers to drive revenue and Saathi partner onboarding
- Regularly monitor progress, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement for your team
