JD- Customer Service Associate (Insurance)

What would be the roles and responsibilities

Assisting customers in the sale of a range of financial products on call.

Providing complete information about the product to the customer.

Solving all product or service related issues of the customers via calls & emails.

Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.

Meeting and exceeding SLA targets as assigned periodically.

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Understanding customer requirements and closing sales.

-
Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.

Desired Skills and Experience-

SSC or higher education.

Minimum 6 month call center experience . (preferred from Insurance background)

Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi & English language.

Basic computer skills.

Work Location- Noida (Work from Office)

Shift Timings - 9AM-6PM

12PM-9PM

Working Days - 6 Days working (1 Roster off)

Training-

7 Days Training + 3 OJT
