About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive acquisition, activation, and conversion across the Paytm Insurance consumer funnel. This role will focus on optimizing user journeys, running experiments, and unlocking scalable growth levers across insurance products (motor, health, life, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end consumer funnels from discovery to policy purchase

Drive conversion improvements across app/web journeys through structured experimentation

Design and execute A/B tests to optimize onboarding, pricing visibility, nudges, and checkout

Partner with business, tech, design, analytics, and operations teams to ship high-impact features

Build dashboards, track growth metrics, and identify data-backed improvement opportunities

Improve retention, cross-sell, and repeat purchase journeys

Drive 0→1 growth initiatives and scale successful experiments

Required Qualifications

3–6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in consumer internet/fintech/insurance

Robust execution capability across consumer funnels

Proven experience in driving conversion and running growth experiments

Hands-on with analytics tools (SQL, Excel, dashboards, experimentation frameworks)
