Functional Description:

Lead the business process dimension of complex, strategic transformations, ensuring that changes to processes, operating models,



roles and ways of working are clearly defined and successfully integrated into the business. The role connects business strategy with process redesign and works alongside PMO, Change Management, Digital, Data and other transformation teams to deliver broader transformation objectives.

The BPM Transformation Manager brings a business strategist mindset to process transformation, particularly where changes span multiple organizations, functions and geographies or introduce new digital, automation and data capabilities.

This is a senior individual-contributor position with no direct people-management responsibility.

What You Will Do:

Lead the BPM/process workstream of complex transformation initiatives involving multiple functions, stakeholders and geographies.
Diagnose current-state challenges across processes, governance, roles, organizational interfaces and ways of working.
Translate strategic business objectives into future-state proces
