Job Description: Business Analyst – Mid Market

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Analyst to support the Mid Market team. The role will work closely with Sales, Product, Strategy, and Leadership to drive insights, improve performance tracking, and enable data-driven decision-making across the Mid Market ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with data, extremely comfortable with dashboards, and capable of using up-to-date tools including SQL, Google Sheets, dashboarding platforms, and AI tools like ChatGPT for productivity and analysis.

Experience
• 7–8 years of relevant experience in Business Analytics, Sales Analytics, Revenue Analytics, or similar roles
• Prior experience working with Sales / Field / Mid-Market or Enterprise teams is strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Own sales and business performance dashboards for the Mid Market team
• Analyze key metrics such as:
• Acquisitions, activations, retention
• Productivity (FSE/KAM/ASM level)
• Funnel performance and revenue trends
• Design, build,



and maintain automated dashboards and MIS for leadership reviews
• Work closely with Sales & Business teams to:
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions
• Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities
• Perform deep-dive analysis using SQL and spreadsheets to support strategic decisions
• Enable faster reporting and insights by:
• Leveraging ChatGPT / AI integrations within Excel & Google Sheets
• Automating repetitive analysis and reporting workflows
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports and dashboards
• Support ad-hoc analysis, pilots, and new initiatives as required

Technical & Functional Skills

Mandatory Skills
• Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, sub-queries, aggregations, performance optimization)
• Excellent command over Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, data validation, automation)
• Strong understanding of Sales dashboards & KPIs
