Job Description
Job purpose
- To drive the quality assurance process towards achieving industry standards quality benchmarks ensuring the best possible services are provided by the employees in their various deliverables
- To execute the training of the new joiners and the existing employees, ensuring their skills and capabilities are built to meet the needs of their job objectives to the fullest potential.

Duties and responsibilities
- Implementation and maintenance of complete quality assurance mechanism as per the set protocols by periodic audits on all the Processes
- Conduct and Monitor training programs for the medical & paramedical staff of the Health Centre
- Program monitoring, review and regular analysis of Health statistical data to track achievement of set physical and financial targets
- Periodic update of the quality monitoring tools for the assessment of health service delivery.
- Targeted mentoring to the paramedical staff depending on the performance
- Generation of monthly performance report on the quality of service delivery.




- Ensure adherence to the Health policies and Clinical Guidelines of the Healthcare delivery
- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
- Ensuring all client SLA’s, schedules and objectives are met.
- Ensure no escalation come and the process runs error free.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure, all the work done by team is as per protocol and presentable.

Authorities

Timely, apt and informed decisions on steps to be taken to achieve the required proficiency in the manpower for delivering standard quality services

Qualifications / Certifications
- Education: any degree. according to the field of expertise
- Skills & Abilities:
- Good understanding of Clinical Processes & National Programs
- Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Valuable judgement at identifying and profiling People
- Ability to measure and assess Training needs
- Proficiency in MS Office
