Senior ServiceNow Developer

Hiring Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, Kochi, Trivandrum

Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including at least 2–3 of: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Hands-on experience implementing and customizing the Financial Services Operations (FSO) module.
- Robust proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Expertise in Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation.
- Working knowledge of Service Catalog, Record Producers, and Request Workflows.
- Experience with CMDB configuration and maintenance.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP, MID Server, or IntegrationHub.
- Strong understanding of ITIL V3/V4 processes and Financial Services Operations processes.
- Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework) and development of test scripts for regression/unit testing.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging,



and scripting skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.

Good-to-Have Skills
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM.
- ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) for Implementers certification.
- Experience with Service Portal and Employee Center.
- Experience with Scoped Applications and UI Builder.
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics and ServiceNow Reporting.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Experience with Scripted REST APIs and IntegrationHub spokes.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow platform upgrades and performance optimization.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
