About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to join our team. In this commission-based role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates for our clients across various industries. You will work independently, managing your own schedule and pipeline while benefiting from a competitive 20% commission on every successful placement.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract top talent for client job openings.
Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, job requirements,



and organizational culture.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews, assess qualifications, and ensure candidates are aligned with job specifications and client expectations.
Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
Negotiation: Handle salary negotiations and contract discussions between candidates and clients.
Continuous Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent for current and future placements.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary expectations, and competitor recruiting strategies to provide competitive and strategic advice to clients.

Requirements:
