Overview of the Role:

The Commercial Operations Vice President will be responsible for driving strategic commercial initiatives, operational excellence, governance, and revenue enablement across TresVista's client-facing functions. The role serves as a central coordination point between Sales, Client Growth, FARM, Product Teams, and Delivery Leadership to improve commercial effectiveness, support revenue growth, enhance stakeholder engagement, and drive scalable operating models.

The individual will lead cross-functional programs focused on commercial transformation, process optimization,



client engagement frameworks, automation initiatives, workforce planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making support for senior leadership. The role requires a combination of commercial acumen, program management expertise, stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to execute complex initiatives across multiple business units.
