Video KYC Auditor
Purpose of the Role
To review, audit, and validate Video KYC (Know Your Customer) processes conducted by agents/executives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, quality standards, and risk management guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit Video KYC interactions and customer onboarding records.
- Verify customer identity, documents, and authentication procedures as per regulatory guidelines.
- Identify errors, process deviations, fraudulent activities, and compliance gaps.
- Review video recordings for quality, documentation accuracy, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare audit reports and maintain records of observations and findings.
- Provide feedback to Video KYC agents and operations teams for process improvement.
- Escalate high-risk cases, suspicious transactions,



and policy violations to relevant stakeholders.
- Track audit trends, quality metrics, and compliance scores.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
- Recommend process enhancements to improve customer experience while maintaining compliance.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of KYC, AML, and customer due diligence processes.
- Knowledge of Video KYC guidelines and banking/financial regulations.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify fraud indicators and compliance risks.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and audit documentation.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
