- Expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud applications (Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement).
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, system configuration, testing, and training.
Role and responsibility:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain processes.
- Configure and implement Oracle SCM Cloud applications to meet business needs.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle SCM Cloud applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
