About the Role:
We are organizing a 40-city roadshow and multiple events to connect top startups with investors, HNIs, and UHNIs. We need an Investor Relations Associate to identify, engage, and onboard credible investors for our events. Your role will involve sourcing verified investor leads, securing their participation, and driving ticket sales for networking attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Outreach & Lead Generation
● Identify and build a database of credible investors, HNIs, and UHNIs in each city.
● Use verified leads and trusted sources to reach out to serious investors only.
● Research investor interests, portfolios, and past investments to ensure relevant matchmaking.
Engagement & Conversion
● Reach out to investors through personalized communication, calls, and meetings.
● Pitch the value of attending the roadshow, highlighting exclusive networking and deal-making opportunities.




● Sell attendee tickets and ensure attendance from high-value individuals.
Relationship Management
● Maintain ongoing communication with investors, keeping them engaged before and after the event.
● Provide investors with relevant startup insights and event previews to enhance their experience.
● Facilitate introductions between investors and high-potential startups during the event.
On-Ground Support & Networking
● Ensure a seamless experience for investors at the event, managing VIP access and personalized interactions.
● Coordinate private networking sessions to maximize investor engagement.
● Curate and moderate investor roundtables or panels, where needed.
Who You Are:
● Experience in investor relations, fundraising or business development
● Skilled at high-value sales, with the ability to convince investors to participate.
● Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills.
● A self-starter who thrives in a agile, high-stakes event
