About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure environments, including AIX, UNIX, Linux, and WebSphere Application Server (WAS) technologies.
- The role involves ensuring the stability, availability, performance, and security of infrastructure services while supporting business-critical applications and operational requirements.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining, and supporting infrastructure services, managing operational risks, supporting change management processes, and ensuring services meet agreed business and technical performance objectives.

Essential Job Functions:




- Manage the operation and support of IT infrastructure platforms, software, communications, and related services.
- Support the planning, development, delivery, and maintenance of properly engineered IT services and infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare for and support new services, enhancements, upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
- Ensure infrastructure services comply with regulatory, legal, audit, and qualified standards.
- Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and operational health.
- Support incident, problem, change, and configuration management processes.
- Provide service-level reporting, operational metrics, and management updates.
- Perform risk assessments, contingency planning, and disaster recovery support activities.
- Support externally managed and outsourced infrastructure services where applicable.
- Collaborate with application, network, database, middleware, and cloud teams to resolve technical issue
