Candidate/Job Profile

1.MBA in Human Resources (2-year full-time or 3-year part-time) from a reputed institute with 17-24 years experience of which recent years must be in BFSI vertical.

2.Will report to the MD and lead a team

3.Experience in setting up HR for the B2C Division of an NBFC

4.Proven track record of restructuring HR systems, processes,



and organizational structures

5.Exposure to both system-driven mid/large-sized companies followed by start-ups or scale-ups

6. Expertise in:
- Organization structure design
- Job role definition
- Compensation & Benefits (C&B;)
- Translating business strategy into HR strategy
- Core HR Generalist experience
- Rewards & Recognition frameworks
- Compliance and labor law proficiency
- Performance management and employee engagement
- Learning & Development (L&D;) and Organization Development (OD) initiatives
