- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, with 6+ years expertise in software developmentn
- Design and implement robust, secure, and efficient back-end services and REST APIs using C#, Python, and ASP.NET.n
- Develop user-friendly front-end interfaces and components using WPF and/or TypeScript to enhance the user experience.n
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.n
- Diagnose and resolve software defects to maintain optimal performance.n
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development practices.n




- Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve developer productivity and accelerate delivery of high-quality software solutions.n
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain applications efficiently.n
- Contribute to documentation of software designs, architecture, and development processes.n
- Promote and drive adoption of valuable software development practices in code and infrastructure health, quality, test stability, and maintainability.n
- Mentor and learn from other developers.n
- Regularly reflect on how to help the team be more effective.n
