Job description:

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML algorithms and models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Research and explore new AI/ML techniques and technologies.

Train and optimize AI/ML models on large datasets.

Evaluate and improve the performance of AI/ML models. Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to create high-quality datasets. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of AI/ML.

Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Robust programming skills in Python, Django and Flask Expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., supervised learning,



unsupervised learning, deep learning).
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for AI/ML and a desire to make a significant impact.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, Docker, testing, and CI/CD. Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
