Why this role is exciting
This role is for someone who wants to learn the craft of B2B SaaS sales properly. You won’t be handed a perfect playbook. You’ll help build it. You’ll talk to real customers, form hypotheses, get things wrong, refine your approach, and gradually help define how sales is done at BlogVault.

This is not a role for people who want scripts and strict instructions. It is for people who enjoy learning through conversation and experimentation.

What you’ll do
- Run discovery calls and product demos with agency owners.
- Qualify leads based on real business problems, not checklists.
- Help shape email outreach and follow-ups.
- Build basic CRM hygiene and pipelines.
- Share customer insights with marketing and product.

What we’re looking for




- 2–4 years in B2B sales or customer-facing SaaS roles.
- Transparent spoken and written English.
- Comfort with rejection and curiosity to understand why deals stall.
- Ability to think in hypotheses, not scripts.
- Ownership mentality.
- Flexibility to work Western time zones when needed (timings are flexible and in your control but this will be more or less an in-office regular-timings role).

What success looks like
Within 3 months: You’ve nurtured your pipeline, understood the lay of the land, and consistently create SQLs.
Within 6–12 months: You’ve refined your outreach, set up repeatable processes, and are helping us think about scaling sales while becoming a part of closure calls.

Salary Range
6-10 LPA + Commissions (Depending on experience, skills and commutabilitiy)
