Role Overview:
We are seeking a Real Estate Domain Expert who can don the hat of a Client Project Owner. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients (top Indian real estate developers) and our internal technical teams. You will own the "client-side" stakeholder management on behalf of our company, ensuring that the Salesforce solutions we build are not only technically sound but also perfectly aligned with the unique sales, marketing, and post-sales processes of the Indian residential real estate market.



You are the executor who ensures the project scope is delivered successfully, on time, and with high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Stakeholder Management (The "Trusted Advisor"):
- Requirement Guru: Engage with CXOs, Sales VPs, Marketing heads, and Channel Partner managers at client sites to understand their pain points and translate their needs into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and User Stories.
- Expectation Management: Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle. Manage scope creep, communicate progress, and handle escalations effectively.
- Process Consulting: Leverage your deep knowledge of Indian real estate (RERA, broker management, lead-to-possession lifecycle) to advise clients on industry best practices. Don't just build what they ask for; guide them toward what they actually need.
