Process Associate / Senior Process Associate – International Voice experience
Qualification: UG/PG (will be qualified only if the candidates have proper communication, understanding and listening skills. Should portray yourself with good accent)
Salary: up to 25K
Work Location : 365 KGiS Campus, Thudiyalur Rd, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641035
Shift : Night Shift - Rotational week off will be offered
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding the business objectives and developing models that help to achieve.
Excellent communication in English is mandatory
Should answer inbound calls and explain customer queries
Should have prior experience with the sales process.
Should have prior experience in handling international calls.
