Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware faults in desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. Perform repairs, replacements, and upgrades of hardware components including motherboards, RAM, hard drives, and power supplies. Install, configure, and test hardware and operating systems. Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware components and equipment. Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty claims. Provide technical support to internal teams and document all repair and maintenance activities. Ensure all systems meet performance and safety standards.

Diploma or degree in Computer Hardware Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Hands on experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair. Knowledge of computer systems, networking basics, and peripheral devices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and time management skills.
