Job Summary:

This role involves providing Tier 1 cloud operations support and incident coordination within a 24x7 shift rotation. You will lead shift handovers, perform advanced alert triage, and coach junior team members. The position requires robust problem-solving abilities and experience supporting critical production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Tier 1 production support and incident resolution.
- Oversee shift huddles and structured handovers.
- Troubleshoot alerts and system issues effectively.
- Mentor and develop Tier 1 engineering skills.
- Manage escalation of complex problems.

Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in production cloud operations.
- Strong Linux and AWS technical expertise.
- Incident management and shift support background.





Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) or enterprise cloud operations environment is required.
