About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Intern Analyst

In this role, you will:
- Participate in formal internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives within Internship Program
- Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverable
- Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
- Structured problem solving and analytical thinking.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical requirements.
- Interest in technology, digital products,



and process improvement.
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to learn current systems, business processes, and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, technology, analytics, economics, finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Evidence of initiative and teamwork through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Exposure to Agile delivery, product management, business analysis, data analytics, AI tools, or software-development concepts.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Interest in financial services and technology-enabled business solutions.
