We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience Manager with 3–5 years of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry, preferably supporting GCC (Global Capability Center) clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales exposure, field sales experience, and excellent relationship management skills. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction across staffing services.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment / Business Development
- Experience working with GCC clients preferred
- Strong B2B sales and field sales experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interact with senior leadership (CXOs, HR Heads, TA Leaders)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel locally

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer experience strategies for GCC clients




- Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing and recent accounts
- Build long-term account growth plans aligned with revenue goals
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to improve service offerings
- Optimize internal processes for efficient staffing delivery

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for GCC clients
- Build strong relationships with HR Heads, TA Directors, and business leaders
- Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and field visits
- Understand hiring requirements and align internal teams accordingly
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and engagement
- Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution

3. Collaboration with Delivery & Recruitment Teams
- Work closely with recruitment teams for timely hiring fulfillment
- Share real-time updates on client expectations and priorities
- Track delivery metrics and iden
