KRA’s:
- Generating Prospective Leads, matching the best fit and binding the transaction
- Reviewing the data records of Team Below
- Maintaining the Record of all leads
- Daily Calling & sharing the daily calling remarks on google sheets and Sales Force
- Arranging the site visits for clients
- Attending all the Inquires of Team Below
- Market inputs from resources and sharing with the team
- Keep a close eye on the competition and participate in the transactions
- Working on the leads provided by the CRE and meeting the clients

Job Description:
- Review and verify the work of research executive on daily basis
- Maintain the relationship with existing clients/owners
- Keep updating the sold and newly added inventory list
- Circulating the weekly inventory with Team
- Prepare sales models, comparative analysis and Bring/highlight the value of Product
- Initiate and execute the Transaction by matching the expectations of tenant-owner
- Ensuring the collection in place
- Site Visits
- Due diligence of Market deals




- Review and verify the work of research executing on daily basis
- Review and verify / maintain the details of Vacant, Rented inventory weekly basis
- Generate Sales Leads, do 2 recent meetings on daily basis.
- Prepare sales models, comparative analysis and Bring/highlight the value of Product
- Meeting with client for Title due diligence, verifying lease details etc.
- Pipeline to be submitted on weekly basis to the respective AVP/GM
- Independent survey of Designated Buildings for market intelligence
- Initiate and execute the Transaction by matching the Sale - Purchase transaction
- Calling for Business Development.
- Monitoring and pushing the Digital marketing team for new lead generation
- Achieving a target revenue of 10x
- Presenting fortnightly report to the respective heads on closures
- Calling to know the status of individual units in designated building Up for Lease or sale
- Filling detail remarks & Sharing the same on google
