Role Purpose




We are seeking a agile Lead – L&OD; to architect and deliver a business-oriented learning framework that strengthens organizational capability, drives leadership effectiveness, and embeds a culture of continuous development. This role requires a stand-and-deliver facilitator with proven ability to design and execute impactful interventions that directly support business outcomes.
