Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
Ensure timely inward and outward movement of goods with proper documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
Implement warehouse KPIs and improve productivity, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, shift supervisors, and operators.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
Manage warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP entries, and reporting.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
Handle vendor coordination, transport planning, and dispatch scheduling.
Prepare MIS reports related to stock movement, inventory aging, damages, and operational performance.
Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
