Summary:

UST is looking for a We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Owner with a solid background in the Legal domain to lead the development and enhancement of legal technology solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between legal stakeholders, business teams, and engineering teams, ensuring that product initiatives align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and user needs.

The role requires a combination of legal process knowledge, technical proficiency, product management expertise, and Agile delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for legal and compliance-related applications.





· Collaborate with legal counsels, compliance teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and prioritize requirements.

· Translate business and legal requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

· Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

· Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

· Work closely with development, QA, UX, and architecture teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

· Analyze legal workflows and identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and process optimization.
