Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- P&L; ownership along with business stakeholders to drive profitability metrics.
- Identify key business metrics for continuous tracking and improvement; Highlight trends and causes of variance.




- Management reporting – Create meaningful reports & presentations pertaining to provide actionable insights.
- Drive cross functional initiatives to achieve targeted cost and revenue metrics.
- Identify gaps in current processes and set recent processes to fix such gaps; hand-hold relevant stakeholders to adopt the process as a part of BAU
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as per business requirement
- Leverage analytics to provide business insights

Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Advanced knowledge of tools like MS Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint)
- SQL knowledge will be an added advantage
- Analytical skills and good aptitude
- Comprehend business levers
- Good Communication Skills
- Business process management or workflow management tool experience
