Job Purpose:
Oversee scrum process, coach the team, and facilitate transparency, inspection, and adaptation within an Agile workplace.

Job Responsibilities:
Agile Ceremonies Management:
Lead daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings ensuring full team engagement.
Support Product Manager and team in release planning.
Leverage sprint retrospectives for continuous team performance improvement.
Remove impediments such as cultural barriers, logistic challenges, and coordination issues.
Developing an Agile Culture:
Guide the team and organization on using scrum and other Agile practices.
Foster close cooperation, cross-training, and open communication within the scrum team (e.g., using tracker boards,



JIRA).
Facilitate discussions for collective decision-making, goal setting, and conflict resolution.
Continuously improve team performance by promoting joint accountability and solving productivity issues.

Educational Qualifications:
A relevant business degree and scrum certification would be a plus.

Key Skills:
Deep understanding of agile techniques (e.g., User Stories, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
Experience in the financial services domain would be a plus.

Experience Required:
8 years of experience in Agile Development preferred.
At least 1 successfully delivered project using Scrum methodology as a Scrum Master.
At least 3 successfully delivered technical projects with experience in software development and/or project management.
A relevant business degree and scrum certification would be a plus
Experience in the financial services domain would be a plus
