Ensure timely and accurate enrolment of policies, endorsements, and member records, enabling seamless servicing and client satisfaction. Drive data accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and compliance while building operational excellence.
Reporting Structure
Reports to: Enrolment Head
Principal Accountabilities
Policy Processing: Handle inward policy entries with 100% accuracy and within defined SLAs (service level agreement).
Endorsements: Process of additions, cancellations, printing, and dispatch of Insurance cards (manual/digital) with zero error tolerance.
E-Cards & Mailers: Generate Insurance e-cards and trigger welcome mailers to new joiners within agreed timelines.
Reconciliation: Conduct timely policy & member data reconciliation to maintain data integrity.
Team Management (TL & above): Allocate workload, coach team members,
and ensure performance metrics are achieved.
Major Challenges
Managing high-volume enrolments during peak cycles without compromising accuracy.
Maintaining error-free reconciliations and audit readiness.
Interactions
Internal: Operations, Claims, IT software, Customer Care.
External: Corporate HR / Insurer for enrolment queries and endorsements.
Skills & Knowledge
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Technical: Proficiency in MS office specifically basic excel skills.
Leadership (TL & above): Team management, performance coaching, and stakeholder engagement.
Expertise (Experience Levels)
Executive: 0–1 year (Fresher with robust MS Office skills welcome).
