Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with expertise in Dart and API integrations who is also passionate about teaching and training. This role is not for tutors but for developers with strong communication skills who are willing to mentor and guide others.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications.
· Integrate APIs and optimize application performance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
· Teach and train junior developers and team members in Flutter development.
· Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
· Debug and resolve issues efficiently.
· Stay updated with Flutter and Dart advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




· 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart development.
· Strong expertise in API integrations and third-party services.
· Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
· Passion for teaching and training, with a developer-first approach.
· Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
