ASM Service Field Sale: Drive service issues and customer acquisition in assigned territory.
Manage and optimize the field service team's performance
Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and partners
Achieve service targets and expand the market
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
Team Building
Drive multiple tasks assigned to the field service team. i.e. Activation, GMV, Device pickups, Lending & Winback.
