Description

A. Solution Design & Technical Support
- Assist in designing CCTV, VMS, Networking, Storage & Analytics solutions.
- Prepare BOQs, basic solution diagrams, and bandwidth/storage calculations.
- Support RFPs, technical proposals, and compliance matrices.
- Conduct site surveys, requirement gathering & basic feasibility checks.
- Support demo setups, POCs, and configuration validation.
- Provide first‑level technical support to sales teams and partners.

B. Channel & Partner Support
- Assist in product trainings, webinars, and hands‑on demos.
- Support partners/SIs with project documentation & design submissions.
- Help troubleshoot common presales/POC configuration issues.

C. Documentation & Compliance




- Maintain updated presales documents—BOQs, guidelines, calculators, comparison sheets.
- Ensure solution alignment with ONVIF, NDAA, UL/CE & local compliance norms.
- Track project funnel, documentation status & POC outcomes for reporting.

D. Internal Collaboration
- Support the Pre‑Sales Lead in solution validation & competitive analysis.
- Coordinate with product teams for updates and feature clarifications.
- Support marketing with technical inputs for content, case studies & demos.
